• Payment is required on the day of service. We kindly ask that accounts be settled at the conclusion of your appointment.
• Flexible payment options: We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, cash, and also offer Afterpay and Humm for added convenience.
• Private health insurance: If you are covered, we can process your claim on the spot through HICAPS.
• Child Dental Benefits Schedule (Medicare): For eligible children, we bulk bill under the CDBS. Please bring your child’s Medicare card to the appointment.
• NSW Health public dental vouchers: We accept vouchers issued by public dental hospitals and clinics. Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment.
• Outstanding balances: Any unpaid accounts must be cleared before future appointments can be scheduled.
• Treatment plans: For larger or staged treatments, we will provide a clear written plan and discuss payment arrangements with you in advance.
• Weekend surcharge: A surcharge of $35.75 applies to all appointments held on weekends.
